This is a drawing of two characters from Graham Kartna's "World of Dweebs" album. (Specifically the ones that appear in the "Velmas Daphnes" and "Velmas Viru Gate" tracks.) They (and all visuals for that album) were made by Ahn Yubin (Zik).
